Delivery Time:

Once you place an order with us, we strive to dispatch all the “ Ready To Dispatch” items within 3-5 working days depending on the availability of the product and ,”Customise” , ”Mom &Me” items by 5-6 weeks. Our team will deliver your products to the address provided by you during the order placement.

Please note that the delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, unforeseen events, traffic, and special occasions. However, we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. In case of any changes or delays, we will keep you informed.

Order Cancellation:

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. Should you wish to cancel and/or amend your order, you should contact aadyandtarus@gmail.com For customized costumes, as they are made to order (half sarees, pavadai sattai, gowns, frocks etc) and any other services, change /cancellation is not allowed.

Returns & Refunds:

We value the satisfaction of our customers as our utmost priority. We make every effort to deliver our products without damage or defect. You can apply for a return or exchange within 48 hours after the product is delivered, only if the product is defective / damaged while delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective when received, unused, in the same condition that you received it and enclosed in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be entertained for the following reasons:

• A difference in color differences in material texture and feel wrong selection of size damaged after delivery.
